This ride is in support of the Wonder Wheels program (formerly Bikes for Tykes) of Family Services of the North Shore in proud partnership with founder James Wilson, owner of Obsession Bikes. The Wonder Wheels program helps families who are unable to afford a bike for their children, receive one at Christmas. This year, funds raised will go towards supporting the overall program including parts and labour costs necessary to refurbish pre-loved bikes, as well as bike helmets.

This ride will depart from Grand Boulevard and 15th Street and head to Lynn Valley centre before looping west to Jones and down the Shipyards.
Note: that this event is a community bike ride and not sponsored or connected with either the City of North Vancouver or the District of North Vancouver.
Every participant is responsible for their own safety, riding ability, and ensuring their bike is in working order with standard front and rear lights (in addititon to your holiday lights!).
Before we set off we will have a briefing about ride safety and provide an overview of the route. The route seeks to stay within all protected infrastructure, however, in some places we have to cross intersections and ride on the road beside moving vehicles.
We will not be leaving anyone behind and stay together to ensure the safety of all.
