Agenda additions

• Derrick noted that the VIMF Mountain film festival takes place the evening of March 7, 2026
• Dave Perfitt would like to see further examination of potential improvements for the 5 way intersection at Marine Dr., Bewicke, Keith road. Construction currently on the SE corner. Does third street ROW extend from crossing the creek tp meeting up with Marine Drive? Will CNV install a MUP behind the bus shelter? Awkward at best.

Goals

• Don has completed updating recent improvements and outlined other goals including committee recruitment and election work.

Events

• We require a coordinator for this area.
• Earth days upcoming April 22, 2026. Need 2 volunteers @ 2 hours each.
• Holiday ride was completed past weekend. Thanks to Helene. Paul will contact councillors Valente and McIlroy in an attempt to set a date for next year before Christmas.
• Monovo hosted a video premier of a HUB sponsored initiative to consolidate bike share programs across the region. Here is the video:

First Nations

• Peter Richards has volunteered to take on the role of liaison.

CNV

• Rhonda outlined the many items we are working on as recorded in the agenda including:
  • Casano Louttte overpass on schedule for July ribbon cutting with HUB involvement.
  • Grand Boulevard park extension and associated infrastructure.
  • Midtown connector progress stalled by consideration for the alignment of the Rapid Bus project.
  • Jones overpass connections being upgraded, not the structure itself which is MOTT controlled.
  • Auto mall (Fell) overpass will soon be complete.

District of North Vancouver - Duncan/Stephen/Stewart

• Duncan outlined the many items we are working on as recorded in the agenda including:
  • Queens road bike lane proposal.
  • Roche Point Drive paving of Apex in prep for east Spirit Trail.

District of West Vancouver - Peter/Mike

• Peter outlined the many items we are working on as recorded in the agenda including:
  • Potential MUP improvements at Marine Dr and Taylor Way.
  • Additional separated space for Spirit Trail at Ambleside.

MOTT Don

• No report this month.

• Rueben highlighting the span in place work of the CL overpass.
• We have discontinued use of X as a social media tool.
• Helene volunteered to add Instagram as a messaging platform. Don to coordinate with Helene.

Education Programs

• First ever HUB spring break camps upcoming shortly.
